Ocarina, Necklace, Alto G, 4 x 3.5 inches. Glazed clay, six finger holes, over an octave of tones, leather necklace included. 4 inches long 3.5 inches wide and 2 inches deep. Clay molded, variations is the final product should be expected.

Although the term Ocarina, is less than 200 years old, the first known ocarina-like instrument appeared in South and Central America about 12000 years ago. Ocarinas shaped like birds and animals could also be found in India as early as 5000 BC. China had its own rounded and egg-like forms called a Xun. In 1527, Cortes sent a group of Aztec performers to Spain, where they introduced the Ocarina to Europe. They remained a popular toy for more than 340 years until 17 year old musician-baker Guiseppe Donati originated the first pitched diatonic scale ocarinas.

To play the ocarina, hold it at a 45-degree downward slope from your lips. The thumbs cover the bottom holes and the Index and Middle fingers of each hand cover the top holes. Angling the ocarina up so that your upper lip impinges on the labium window will create sharps, or flatten the tones.

I bought this as a gift for a friend, but when i opened it, i wanted to keep it myself. It was really a beautiful instrument, the finish is amazing; considering some of the zelda style clay ocarinas are upwards of $70, and plastic ones are around $10, this was a ridiculously good deal for a lovely clay ocarina. I had no idea how to play it, so i cant really talk about the sound, although to my untrained ear, playing an open note sounded pretty nice to me. all in all, for $14 you cant go wrong with this, even if it just sits on your shelf looking pretty

I am happy with this ocarina. It has a nice sound, and I haven't had any trouble with the leather strap or metal fasteners. At 4" x 3.5", it's too large to wear as jewelry, but is comfortable to wear around the house. Also, wearing it wherever I go reminds me to practice, and practice makes perfect!

My ocarina is actually tuned to A minor rather than G. I contacted the seller and they were very helpful and offered to exchange it, but I decided to keep it, because I like the sound. I had to mess with the fingering charts I found online, though.

I've mentioned the sound twice already, and I'll mention it again. This being my first ocarina, I don't have an expensive instrument to compare it to, but the sound is of a quality more than good enough to learn with. My ocarina experience began with a plastic 10-hole sweet potato ocarina that I bought for my brother (and couldn't leave alone ;). We thought the sound was decent on it, but now that I've purchased this one there's no going back!

Also, the price is extremely reasonable. Generally, the more expensive your ocarina, the better it's going to sound. With this necklace ocarina you get the best of both worlds - and an incredible new skill!

I have used this eye cream for months now and I love it. I purchased it after top-rated reviews came out last year and this was at the top of the list. It is the best eye cream I have ever used and I have used a lot of them. I use Clinique skincare which I love for cleansing but their eye cream doesn't come close to this one. This cream goes on smooth, is non-irritating, and it definitely reduces fine lines and wrinkles. This cream has absolutely improved the look of the delicate skin around my eyes. I also love that a tiny bit of this product goes a long way which means you will have it for months -- therefore I feel the high price is justified though I hate paying it b/c I don't believe in spending a lot of money on skincare. This is one cream though that I will spend money on -- I don't even bother looking for other eye creams anymore. Since I have tried so many, I feel that this and a good cup of green tea everyday is the best thing you can do to help ease the process of aging skin around the eyes. Olay is a really good product line. Over the years, I have spent countless thousands on skincare -- I finally "wised up" and realized I was being taken for a ride by these exclusive product lines touting "miracles in a bottle" etc.. Don't fall for it -- look for what you like and what works best for you at a reasonable price. This eye cream is one of those.

6+ months ago I was at a business convention with other business travelers when a fellow business person showed off one of these. It caused several of his peers - including me - to come to Amazon to order. I have used the product for a while now and I'm very pleased. It has helped me reduce the redundant parts hidden in my bag and keep my laptop accessories well organized. I no longer have that big pile in the bottom of the bag. I still occasionally fight my own laziness, but that is a personal trait, not a product flaw :)

One of the reviews complained about weight - This isn't an issue for me. If you have enough accessories to warrant an organizer, their combined weight will make the addition of the organizer a non-issue.

After 9 months I'm still using this Grid-It every day. I haven't noticed any issue with stretching or other quality issues.

Although I love the idea behind this product. I find that it doesn't work that well for me. I have a large backpack for my laptop, files, etc. I picked the extra large GridIT since it would fit into the backpack. However, the vertical orientation doesn't do a good job of holding in heavier items. I think it would work better oriented "shortways" using a smaller unit (but too small to make it worthwhile for me) or flattened against something as in luggage.

I just bought two more of these, having bought the first two about a month ago. They are super for organizing all of the little stuff that will fall to the bottom of a briefcase or backpack. I have one in my laptop that just stores the various cords all of my devices on the go take, BUT I also use one in my briefcase to organize post-its, highlighter pens, extra pens, bulldog clips, staple remover, and other paraphernalia that goes to depositions or the courhouse with me. If you are like me and get frustrated when you know it's in the bag, but can't quickly find which of the numerous pockets you put it it, try one of these. All of the sizes are of identical quality, but just differ in the size and amount of stuff they can hold.

I do like the gray as opposed to the black because of all the black notebook cases, etc. I have. It does make things stand out quickly against the background.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I have used this pump to drain my in-ground pond for my water fountain and it did the job great until it couldn't get the last little bit, which I had to use my wet-vac to remove. My brother-in-law needed some help removing water from his swimming pool when his pump couldn't get below a certain level... this pump did the job except for the last little bit and we used a wet-vac for that as well. Worth the money.

I purchased this refurbished modem through amazon few weeks back. This looks good.And till now I have not faced any issues except that I have to restart the modem at least once a day because sometimes one of my laptops/smart phone would not connect to the internet through the wireless router. And once I restart the modem and router then everything works fine. Apart from this there is no problem and it works fine.

My girlfriend was having problems with misplacing her keys, so I was looking for this exact item. Surprisingly there weren't many locators with a separate button you can keep, instead I found a lot of locators that you have to whistle or clap to activate. The incredibutton was about 23 dollars, which I was surprised that it was that much. Looks like something you could just pick up at a gas station for a few bucks but it isn't that easy to find so I was willing to pay the price, and it totally paid off, a few days after attaching the incredibutton to her keys they were lost in the car. The button activates a beep that made the keys SO much easier to find. They were in a really difficult spot to get at and I would not have found them without the button. So it was 100% worth it. Just don't lose the button.

This product just isn't durable enough to be useful. It quit working on a daily basis, or less, inside the lining of my 2-year old's stuffed bunny. You have to take out the battery and reset it to get it to beep again. I'm sorry, I mean, you have to FIND THE THING YOU WERE LOOKING FOR, and then fiddle with the finder to get it to work again. Exactly what kind of objects would this be useful for? SO frustrating. Save your money, this product just doesn't work.

I was very concerned I wouldn't be able to find a charger that was like the one that came with my camera. I got this one and it charges the battery just fine, in the same amount of time. The quality of the plastic and the piece itself isn't the same quality as the one I previously had, but it says "SONY" on it. It plugs in fine, and works! So I am pleased. When my charger was accidentally thrown away, I really was worried finding a replacement would be difficult. NOPE!

I'm not exactly computer illiterate, but I'm no computer whizziola either. When I bought my new HP Pavilion, the thought of transferring everything from my old computer to my new one was quite intimidating. I read a *lot* of online material about migration software, and each one seemed to present problems to users. Since HP recommended IntelliMover, that is what I bought. Everything worked smoothly and efficiently for me. Directions were easy to understand ~ the USB transfer cable (provided) made the transfer fast and simple ~ and I had no trouble finding my files on the new computer (and I have a lot of them). I am *extremely* pleased with both IntelliMover and my new HP, *Hewie.* :)

I have a very complex laptop computer set up, with about 50 different applications on it, plus nearly 50 GB of data. I thought this tool might help in the migration from my old laptop to my new laptop.

The instructions first tell you to install all of the application on the new computer to match your old computer, and then begin the move.

When I did this, I ran into these issues:

1) Even using a network connection (the fastest supported) the data move took about 6 hours.

2) Some data was not moved over that I wanted to move, and some data that I did not want to move was moved anyway.

The above confused some of my applications and I had to reinstall many of them.

Your only choice whether to select what to move and not to move is based on file extension name. This is not a very granular way to move applications and data. It should be based on specific applications, which this program seems to know little about.

It is faster to do the migration manually.

Do not buy this. If you have it already, do not use it. The software is aawful and will tranfer thousands of useless files if you are not careful. It automatically "helps" you by recreating your file directory structure - what a mess. I managed to avoid having my settings completly messed up, but still had to spend hours deleting files and directories.
